At OLA Beach Tennis, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your paddle or apparel isn't perfect, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all equipment remains in its original packaging with protective wraps intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring paddles are padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the equipment at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
